Troy Crawford is deeply passionate about turfgrass management. With more than 30 years of experience, he has consistently focused on raising expectations, driving efficiency, and striving for excellence in every project. He is a Master Certified Professional Turfgrass Manager (MCPTM) of more than 15 years and is a licensed irrigator.

His approach is simple: create the safest, most visually impressive fields possible, whether they’re for young kids just starting out or world renowned professional athletes. His expertise in developing and leading comprehensive field maintenance programs has earned him five Field of the Year Awards from the Texas Turfgrass Association and two national Field of the Year Awards from the Sports Field Management Association (SFMA). In addition, his fields have hosted the U.S. Men’s National Team, Gold Cup teams, and numerous national teams from around the world.
